  I tired to see the doctor for a prescription that they forgot to give refills but no one would answer the phones on a Friday at 4 PM. I drove there and I called again in the empty parking lot and still no answer. Saw a gentlemen turned away at 4:20 and the doctor has to be there until 5PM. I walked in and knocked on the closed glass window and not one of the 4 people were on the phones. There was no one waiting either. I asked why they didn't answer their phones and they said they were busy with calls but there was no busy signal. I was so angry that they turned someone away and closed up at 4 when they should be working until 5. I dislike lazy people and I worried about the gentleman they turned away. I told them my problem and he wasn't there that day. I demanded they find him quick and in less than 10 minutes I had my script. I told them I knew what they were doing.They were shutting down early so they could leave at exactly 5. I was so angry with them. The person at the desk should be fired because she is always rude and shows no effort to show compassion. My Vet treats my dog better than these people. Devine needs service. I like the doctor but he is only there 2 days a week. Every town around us has better systems. I gave one star because there was nothing lower for the office personnel. I reported them to their Medina office supervisor but never heard anything. I never returned again.
